Houses of the Southern People

Some typical houses that you would come by in the southern regions of Ruskossaaret (my world project).
This is for my world building project. I have already done a bunch of different types of building designs for the world but I keep changing my mind on the style. This design is the one I like the most so far.

The people in the south generally appreaciate nature more than the people in north. After all, their god is a tree who hears and sees his peoples' doings with roots that strecth under the whole southern region (or so the legends say).
They appreciate a natural way of building. Buildings should not stich out too much from the surroundings as it would be offending towards their god.
