A painting inspired by a childhood drawing of mine.

Traditional sketches. I usually obsess over a piece that I have in mind so I have little thumbnails and sketches all over my notebooks and such. This page was one I did in a cafe, probably the day on which I started to work on this piece digitally.

What it came down to. The one on our right is quite close to the finished piece. I reduced the amount of people in the boat to only two to create more intime scene.
